Note: If you order a mug with one single-sided image on it, our default choice is to place the image on the side of the mug which you would see if you held the mug in your right hand. Think about which hand you usually use for sipping, and if you usually hold your mug in your *left* hand, please be sure to tell us so your mug will have the picture on the side you can see.
About Breakage: We pack our mugs very well, and we have had great success sending them through the mail. However, occasionally breakage occurs. We will, of course, replace any mugs broken in shipping. See the Insurance section of the Prices page for information on this subject. Note that we will want you to return the damaged mug to us (at our expense).
