We will be delighted to receive requests for designs and fandoms we haven't gotten to yet.
However, if you place an order for a new design, there are a few things you should understand.
First, we may not be able to get our hands on just the images you desire. Among us, we have a truly breathtaking collection of images, and we'll do our best to accommodate your wishes. But there will undoubtedly be times when we won't be able to deliver. If you have the image you want, you are certainly welcome to sent it along to Bri, and we'll do our very best. The higher the quality of the image, the better. We're not *quite* miracle workers :^)
Second, if your order includes a special request, it will take us longer to fill than if you'd ordered one of the designs we already have in our catalog. We may have to go looking for the images, and it does take time to create the mug design. Also, you may not be first on the list ;^) We're very committed to getting our orders filled as quickly as possible, but this will definitely add a week or so to the time necessary to prepare your order.
We may ask you to take a look at preliminary images along the way, and will probably ask your approval of the finished product. You'll be sent a special URL which will show you your images. If you'd like something changed, we'll be glad to make alterations--once.
Special order designs will almost certainly go into our catalog after the original order has been filled.
One final thing: We reserve the right to refuse any special request. Please be gracious if we say no.
While we will be delighted to work with you to create a new design, please note that once our designs are set, it is generally very difficult for us to alter them. Not to mention that, as artists, we don't *want* to do so.
There are some exceptions--the Too Many Fandoms totes and Mouse Pads and the Farscape and Magnificent Seven slot mugs, for instance, are designed to be flexible--but for the most part if you ask for alterations of our designs the answer will very likely be "No."
