We make, package and ship your order as quickly as we reasonably can. Please count on three to six weeks for delivery.
Shipping Insurance
----NOTICE! US Postal Service is increasing Shipping and insurance rates as of Monday, January 9, 2006.
Our rates must increase as well. Our shipping charts reflect the new rates.

Our mugs are packed carefully and thoroughly, but some breakage does occur.
If your mug is broken in transit, we'll gladly replace it for you. NOTE: We will probably ask you to return the damaged mug to us (at our expense, of course).
We would like to urge you to purchase shipping insurance for your order, if it contains mugs. The costs are minimal and, should it be necessary, insurance will help defray our costs for replacement.
If you purchase insurance, your replacement mug and shipping will be entirely covered.
Just let us know what happened, and we'll take care of things.
If you do not purchase insurance, we'll still gladly replace your mug.
However, we will ask you to pay for reshipping the mug.
For overseas orders, insurance is available only if the goods are shipped by air.
The rates are the same as for US shipping.
Note: As of Fall, 2007, we've had to increase insurance rates a bit to keep up with the USPS. Sorry.

For combination orders, the "first item" will always be the heaviest. In other words, if your order includes a stein, the first item postage will be $8.00. If your heaviest item is a mug or a tote, the first item postage will be $7.00. All other items will count as additional items. For example, if you order a mug and a mouse pad, your postage will be $9.50--$7.00 (for the first item--the mug) plus $2.50 (for the additional item--the mouse pad). Whether key chains, bookmarks or labels will add to your postage will depend upon the rest of your order. If you have questions, you should contact us by email at mediamugs@mediamugs.com.

Shipping costs overseas are based on weight and country of destination. Here are the costs we've checked into so far. If your country isn't on this list, just contact us by email and we'll check it out. "Items" are mugs, totes and/or mouse pads. Key chains and other lightweight products may or may not add to the postage. Contact us to make sure.
Air delivery should take from 4 to 7 days (after delivery to the Post Office--remember we first need time to *make* your order). Ground delivery will take four to six weeks
Note that insurance is available for Air shipments. The rates are the same as those for US Mail.
All amounts are in U.S. dollars.
